Are there any additional costs upon delivery (duties, taxes, etc.)? | When placing an order, these fees are calculated automatically based on the shipping destination as much as possible, and generally there are no additional costs. However, depending on the country or region of the delivery destination, customs duties, consumption tax, and other taxes may apply. These fees may be charged by the local customs office or delivery company when you receive the product. Please check with the customs office of each country in advance as they are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot predict these additional costs in advance. How much is the shipping fee? | Shipping worldwide is a flat rate of 1,000 yen (tax included). Each additional item costs 500 yen (tax included). Free shipping for orders of 10 or more items. Shipping rates may vary for some products depending on their size. Shipping rates are determined by adding the product to your cart and entering your shipping address at checkout. You can also check if the product is available for shipping. |
What countries can you ship to? | The shipping areas are Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, the United States, France, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, Norway, Bulgaria, and Australia. We plan to gradually expand the shipping areas in the future. |
When will it be shipped? | The delivery time of your product will vary depending on the product you ordered. Generally, if the target quantity is reached, the product will start shipping within 2-3 months after the campaign ends. After shipping, most areas will receive the product within 7-15 business days, but some areas may take 10-30 business days. You can check the delivery start time of each product on the product detail page. Please look forward to the arrival. |
Can I cancel, return or exchange my order? | ・We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges of orders due to customer convenience after the order procedure has been completed. ・If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return it to us with postage prepaid, after which we will exchange it for a good product or refund you. ・If the target number is not reached within the campaign period, the product will not be manufactured. In that case, we will refund the full order amount to the payment method used after the campaign ends. |
Why was my order refunded? | Nuikuru is a crowdfunding platform and we need the support of our community to bring our products to fruition. If we do not reach our goal for a limited time crowdfunding campaign, the product will not be manufactured and your order will be refunded in full. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of the end of the campaign and based on the payment method used. |

What is a campaign? | A campaign is a 30-day event during which you can purchase products. If the number of orders for the product reaches the target number within the period, the product will be manufactured. If the minimum goal is not reached, all orders will be refunded. Products that meet the funding goal will be produced. Since thousands of products need to be manufactured, it may take up to 90 days to complete. Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after production is completed, and usually arrive 7-15 business days after your order is shipped.
