The shipping fee is fixed at 1,000 yen (tax included). For orders of 2 or more items, an additional 500 yen (tax included) will be charged per item. For orders of 10 or more items, shipping is free.

・Credit Card (single payment)

・Credit Card: Payment is generally processed at the time of order. The closing date and withdrawal date vary depending on your credit card company's terms. Please check with your credit card company for details.

・Delivery timing varies depending on the ordered product.

・When a product campaign reaches its target quantity, manufacturing of the plush toys (etc.) will begin immediately after the campaign ends, and product shipping typically starts 2-3 months after campaign completion.

・Most regions can expect delivery within 7-15 business days after shipping. Delivery to some regions may take 10-30 business days.

・After order completion, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reason at the customer's convenience.

・In case of defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. After returning the item with shipping costs paid by us, we will exchange it for a non-defective product or provide a refund.

・If the target quantity is not reached during the campaign period, the product will not be manufactured. In this case, the full order amount will be refunded through the payment method used after the campaign ends.
